How do credits work?
Credits are consumed when you submit requests. Simple tasks (like scheduling) cost 1 credit. Complex tasks (like a full marketing campaign) cost up to 50 credits. Our AI estimates the cost before you confirm, so there are never surprises.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can purchase additional credit packs at any time. We'll also send you a notification when you're running low. Unused credits from your monthly plan roll over for one billing cycle, up to half your monthly allowance.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you'll get access to the new plan immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What's included in the free trial?
14 days and 20 credits — enough for around three typical requests — with no credit card required. At the end of the trial you choose a plan to carry on.
What does the response time mean?
It's how quickly a real person picks up your request, confirms the scope, and gives you a delivery time — not the delivery time itself. How long the work takes depends on what it is, and you see that estimate at intake before you confirm. If we miss a delivery time we committed to, we re-credit the request.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied with a deliverable, you can request a revision at no extra cost. If we can't meet your standards, we'll refund the credits for that request. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use row-level security to ensure complete tenant isolation. PII is automatically detected and redacted before AI processing. See our Security page for details.
Do you support UK businesses?
Yes. Conciq serves both US and UK businesses. Pricing is shown in GBP for UK visitors, our privacy practices cover UK GDPR (see our Privacy Policy), and VAT invoices are available through Stripe billing. UK-specific work such as tax filings is outside our scope — we prepare the supporting work and your accountant stays in charge.
