Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 August 2026

These terms are an agreement between the business you represent ("you") and Innorve Inc., operating Conciq ("Conciq", "we"). By creating an account or using conciq.com you accept them. Conciq is a service for businesses; you confirm you are at least 18 and authorised to bind your business.

1. The service

Conciq is a subscription business-support platform. You submit requests; they are fulfilled by our AI systems and human specialists working together, and deliverables are returned to you in the platform. We choose how each request is fulfilled. Turnaround targets depend on your plan and are measured in business hours from the moment a request is accepted with complete requirements.

2. Credits, plans, and trials

  • Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Requests consume credits based on complexity; we show you the estimated credit cost at intake before you confirm, and the estimate is binding unless the scope changes.
  • Unused plan credits roll over for one billing cycle, capped at half your monthly allowance. Purchased credit packs do not expire while your account is active.
  • The free trial runs for 14 days and includes 20 credits. No card is required and it ends automatically — there is no charge unless you choose a plan. When it ends you keep access to everything already delivered; submitting new requests requires a plan.
  • Plans unlock different types of work: expert-led work from Growth upward, and creative work (such as logo and brand identity) from Pro upward. Websites and custom builds are quoted as fixed-fee projects outside the credit pool.
  • You can upgrade at any time (effective immediately) or downgrade or cancel (effective at the end of the current billing cycle).

3. Revisions and refunds

If a deliverable misses the agreed scope, request a revision at no extra credit cost. If we still cannot meet the scope, we re-credit the request. Subscription fees for past billing periods are otherwise non-refundable except where the law says differently.

4. Service levels

Your plan's stated service level is a response time: how quickly we pick up a submitted request, confirm its scope, and give you a delivery time. It is measured in business hours for your region and is not a completion guarantee.

Delivery times are given per request at intake, based on what the work actually involves. Where we commit to a delivery time and miss it, your remedy is a re-credit of that request. We are not responsible for delay caused by incomplete requirements or your unavailability to answer clarifying questions, and revision rounds are scheduled separately from the original request.

5. Not professional advice

Conciq is not a law firm, accounting firm, tax adviser, or insurance broker, and no output of the service is legal, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice. Deliverables such as contract summaries, bookkeeping preparation, or policy drafts are business-support work product. They do not create an attorney–client or accountant–client relationship, and regulated filings and decisions remain your responsibility and your professional advisers'. Where a request requires a licensed professional, we will say so rather than pretend.

6. Your content and deliverables

  • You own the content you upload. You grant us the licence needed to process it to provide the service, and you confirm you have the rights to share it.
  • On delivery, you own the deliverables we create for you, once any outstanding fees for them are paid.
  • We may use aggregated, de-identified learnings to improve the service. We do not use your content to serve other customers and our AI subprocessors may not train on it.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Conciq for unlawful content or purposes, to infringe others' rights, to generate spam or deceptive material, or to probe or break the platform's security or tenant isolation. We may refuse requests that violate this section or that we reasonably believe create legal risk.

Some work is outside what we can lawfully provide and is declined automatically, with no credits charged: preparing or filing tax returns, statutory audit, insolvency work, legal advice or representation, immigration advice, and regulated financial or insurance advice. Bookkeeping and accounts preparation for UK-based businesses is unavailable pending the supervisory registration required for that work.

8. Fees and taxes

Prices exclude taxes. US sales tax and UK VAT are added where applicable and shown at checkout; billing runs through Stripe. If payment fails and remains unpaid after notice, we may suspend the service until it is settled.

9. Data protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. For customers subject to UK GDPR, we process the personal data in your content as your processor, and a Data Processing Agreement is available on request.

10. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and if you are a UK customer nothing here affects statutory rights that cannot be excluded.

11. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate for material breach that goes uncured after notice. On termination we make your content and deliverables available for export for 30 days, then delete them as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict rules; UK customers keep any mandatory protections of their local law. If we change these terms materially we will give you at least 14 days' notice. Questions: support@conciq.com.
